Ehh got the $125 diagnostic service. Figured if they needed more time it would just be another $125. Got a call explaining they'd need more time and was quoted $250 to $500 to find the potential problem. Just would have been nice to have that info beforehand. Also would have been nice to get any details about what was actually looked at so I could piggyback off the work, instead of just getting the scan outcome... As I already had that from AutoZone. Does seem to be a more complex issue, so take that for what you will.

Katie is a god send, never had a tow company get to me in less than 4 hours. She was like in like 30/40 minutes. Insisted I stay in her vehicle due to the dangerous road we were on. I’d suggest in duplicating her 😅 Cannot suggest these guys enough, very quick, easy, and professional

Expensive. Expensive to pay double for parts. Then there is a hidden fee cost "shop fees" that they tack onto the parts, labor, and taxes.
